However, the question remains will EU sanction the Ethiopian state for crime against humanity and impose, at least, targeted economic embargo on the abusive Ethiopian regime? If so, what would be the response of the USA or indeed China, another big player in Ethiopia and Africa?
The act of brutality by the Ethiopian state against the Oromo people is resulting in genocide. Having concerned itself with the issue of human rights abuse in Ethiopian in its current form, is EU considering referring the matter to the International Criminal Court (ICC)?
